Projects Made Possible by Your Giving
Help support the FFE to make projects like these possible for the students in the Clarke County School District. These are only a handful of the great projects that your gifts help accomplish
Susie Criswell’s 1st and 2nd Graders at Whit Davis ES installed a feeder and regularly went “birding” with FFE grant support.
Clarke MS students took part in hands-on activities with landscaping equipment to help maintain the school gardens and grounds, and learned about engines and machines, with grant-funded equipment purchased by Dr. Mitchell
At Whit Davis ES, a grant for Mr. King’s students gave them opportunities to study, observe, and interact with a diverse collection of rocks, minerals, and fossils that they would otherwise only be able to handle at a children’s science museum
Mr. Sellew’s students at Coile MS develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills while also focusing on technical writing and reading, through engaging with board and strategy games
Cedar Shoals HS students in Mrs. Throne’s agriscience class got hands-on experience making a “fish house” with grant-funded support from the FFE
Coile MS students enjoy the “reading room” area of Ms. Bryant’s classroom, stocked with books and supplies from an FFE grant
